i. General, Permissions and Copyright

— I reserve the right to decline any commission.
— You may not request a commission as a gift or in place of anyone on my blacklist.
— Wait time can last for around 24 hours to 3 months. I'm a full time student, please be patient.
— Progress updates available upon request.— You may count what you paid for commissioned art towards the total value of a character.
— You may share to most other sites as long as you provide a valid link / direct profile credit found on my homepage.
— Under no circumstances is my art permitted to be used in the creation of Artificial / Generated / AI art, in any form.
— You may use for non-profit personal use (icons or page decoration).
— I reserve primary copyright to the piece commissioned. You may not alter, resell or claim as your own work.— Full payment is required before I begin your commission. I do not accept partial payments.

ii. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

— My accepted currency is in USD.
— You will not be refunded for a completed commission.
— Refunds may only be requested after 30 days of an incomplete commission. Message me in order to discuss emergency refunds/cancellations.
— Repeated cancellations may result in being blacklisted.— If you cancel the commission:
• You may not receive a full refund depending how far I am into your commission.
• Emergency situations can be discussed.
— If I cancel the commission:
• I reserve the right to cancel if I feel the need to do so.
• You will be fully refunded, and receive any files of the commission.

iii. Designs and Auctions

— You may not sell a design for more than originally purchased. However, the value of commissioned art may be added towards character value.
— You must credit me for original design / creator, any re-designs should be credited as designers.
— You may not sell, trade, gift or co-own my designs with anyone on my blacklist.— You may not back out of bids for any reason, aside from a valid emergency disclosed to me prior to removing the bid.
— If you repeatedly back out of an auction without valid notice, you will be blacklisted.
